Mark will help you develop appropriate programs, realize your progress, and keep you focused on your goals. He will be there to provide instruction and consistent feedback on proper exercise techniques and make adjustments as needed. |

Fitness By Mark TM offers a range of packages to fit your needs and your budget.
Mark offers specific packages so you can lose weight, shape up fast for a wedding or vacation, or develop a long-term wellness program over time.
Packages: Mark offers packages that include 10, 15 or 20 sessions; before, during and after fitness assessments; nutrition advice with before and after goal reviews.
Small Blocks: Mark also offers one-on-one personal training in blocks of 3, 5, 10, 20 or more to help ensure you stay on track with your goals.
