Mark has a Master's in Exercise Science, as well as being certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Fitness Trainer and a Corrective Exercise Specialist.

That's the beauty of Fitness by Mark. You can exercise wherever you are most comfortable. Mark will come to your office or your home. If you prefer, you can come to Mark's studio. Mark will even exercise outdoors with you - learn more about the area's beautiful parks.
Suppose I just need a little bit of help for a short time?
Again, the choice is yours. Small blocks of time are available. The goal is to personalize the training so that it fits you.
